Are your products safe for babies?

Yes. Our Merino yarn is naturally gentle, breathable, and OEKO-TEX® certified, making it suitable even for newborn skin.

How should I wash my Merino socks?

Machine wash on a gentle or wool cycle using mild detergent.

Do the socks hold their shape?

Yes. Our NestSpun™ Merino is engineered for excellent structure retention and long-term durability.

Do you ship overseas?

We currently ship within New Zealand and Australia.

Can I return socks?

For hygiene reasons, socks must be unopened and unworn.

Faulty or incorrect items will be replaced immediately.
